Dear Friends,
As we move into our warmer summer months, it may indeed be getting too hot for many of us, especially those whose age, health, living conditions may be compromised. Here is a helpful reminder to pass along.
These are all common sense ways to help mitigate overheating, but sometimes we forget in the moment, especially the drinking enough fluids.
Some folks also recommend adding a pinch of sea salt when drinking a lot of water, as our electrolytes can also get compromised.
Stay connected, check in with a neighbour or friend.
Blessings!
